Sticker delivery

• For stickers, because the shipment is free, we send orders by post, which means that there is no follow -up.

• For the shipment of La Poste-Lettres to Canada, it is generally 5 to 10 working days for orders to arrive. If you have ordered from the United States, orders can take up to 20 working days, and sometimes more depending on current events. For international orders, please provide up to 1 month for shipping.

• If you meet waiting times considerably longer than these deadlines, please contact with your name and order number.

Exchanges and feedback

• We will replace all the commendes that would be defective.

• The following articles cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the nature of these articles, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept the feedback for:

Return conditions

Our warranty

We manufacture quality doggies, it is our sense of ethics and transparency. All our elves are handmade with great concern for detail. So, if one of our elves is broken for improper use, we cannot be responsible. We cannot exchange the product. However, we will check if we can repair the elf. It will make us great pleasure.
