Their magic is special because it's based on love and kindness. The elves used their powers to help injured animals, make beautiful flowers grow, and much more. Visit each little elf's page to learn about their unique powers.

Our elves are wonderful confidants, everyday charmers. They help us sleep soundly, they guide our dreams, inspiring us to be kind. Their presence reminds us that magic can be found in simple gestures and shared smiles. Elves also protect their owners; they are elves, they know the magical world well :)

How are our Elves made?

Each Lutin de forêt is quietly handcrafted by Fabiola in our workshop in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.

The first step is to find the idea that will inspire our elf. Either an animal or an element of nature.

Once we have our elf in mind, we choose its color from our quality and responsible cotton yarns.

We begin creating our elf from head to toe. 

Each elf has its own unique personality. For this reason, our elf's face is carefully crafted. We choose its eyes, its nose... we are receptive to the new beginning.

No two elves are identical. Even if you choose to materialize an animal multiple times, they will have distinctive traits and features.

 This is how the fantastic bestiary of pixiede Forêt is nourished day after day, by having unique characters like each child who will accompany it. 

Our elves are protected by copyright like any original work.

Our dogs are signed Métiers d'art, guaranteed quality.

And what about the little extras?

Our elves love taking showers.

You can wash it in the washing machine with cold water.

However, our elves are afraid of the dryer. They prefer to take a little nap to dry off.

And what about the eyes and the nose?

- They are fixed with a rivet. They are commonly called safety eyes.

- The nose shares the same characteristics.

The elves with embroidered eyes,

- Her eyes and nose are embroidered with high-quality cotton.

- They are plastic-free :)

The safety eyes are securely fixed with a rivet. Even though they are very securely fixed, no one can guarantee their absolute strength.

I do not recommend leaving a child under 3 years old unattended with our small sculptures to avoid the risk of suffocation. Adult supervision is always essential.

For younger children who wish to enjoy the company of our sculptures, we have forest elves with embroidered eyes and noses.

  • Yes, we get a lot of enjoyment out of making your dreams come true. All you have to do is fill out the form with all the information. :)

  • The inhabitants of our menagerie are made with #8 cotton, a tried-and-tested and very durable cotton. The thickness of the cotton makes the stitches very tight and guarantees its longevity. Our elves are made quietly by hand, with a size 2.75 crochet hook.

    Cotton manufactured by Omega, a company founded in 1948. 

    The cotton we use comes from sustainable production and no chemicals are used in its dyeing process.

    • The padding is hypoallergenic.

    • Top-quality polyester made from recycled fibers. If you want to know more about recycled polyester, this isn't the place.

    • Polyfil by Fairfieldworld

    • 100% premium polyester fibers.

    • Superior resilience and soft consistency.

    • Made from 100% recycled polyester fibers.

    • Washable and hypoallergenic.

    • Produced and manufactured in the USA.

    • 100% guaranteed.

    However, we are looking for more environmentally friendly padding. 

  • The elf typically takes 1 to 3 days to prepare in our workshop. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

    We ship throughout Canada via express and registered mail. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post.

    We are a carbon-neutral company, and all our mailings are also calculated accordingly. Your dog has a minimal footprint.

    We always choose a carbon-neutral shipping option.

    Option to pick up directly from our workshop, or also from our drop-off point in Montreal.

  • The preparation of the elf takes 1 to 3 days in our workshop.

    We deliver via express and registered mail. However, delivery times depend on the destination country.

    We use the services of Canada Post. They have partnerships with the postal services of other countries.

    Greenhouse gas emissions are calculated for each shipment. Your furry friend has a minimal footprint. We are proudly Carbon Neutral.

    Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.

    pixiede Forêt is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
