• The elf is usually made in our workshop within 1 to 3 days. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• We ship throughout Canada via express and registered mail. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post.

• We are a carbon-neutral company, and all our mailings are calculated accordingly. Your dog has a minimal footprint.

• Option to pick up directly from our workshop or our drop-off point in Montreal.

Worldwide delivery

• The preparation of the elf takes 1 to 3 days in our workshop.

• We deliver via express and registered mail. However, delivery times depend on the destination country.

• We use the services of Canada Post. They have partnerships with the postal services of other countries.

• Greenhouse gas emissions are calculated for each shipment. Your furry friend has a minimal footprint. We are proudly Carbon Neutral.

• Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.

• pixiede Forêt is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Self-adhesive delivery

• For stickers, since shipping is free, we ship orders by postal mail, which means there is no tracking.

• For letter mail shipments within Canada, orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. If you ordered from the United States, orders can take up to 20 business days, and sometimes longer depending on current events. For international orders, please allow up to 1 month for shipping.

• If you experience significantly longer waiting times than these expected times, please contact us with your name and order number.

Digital pattern

• Crochet patterns are always digital PDF files ready to be downloaded immediately after payment.

• If you need help uploading your template, please contact us.

Exchanges and returns

• We will replace any defective control unit.

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns for:

  ~ Digital downloads.

  ~ Custom or personalized orders.

• You have 5 working days from receipt to contact us if there is any problem with the elf.

• Damages : If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us.

Return conditions

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We make high-quality plush toys; it's part of our ethical and transparent approach. All our elves are handmade with great attention to detail. Therefore, if one of our elves is ever broken due to misuse, we cannot be held responsible. We cannot exchange the product. However, we allocheck if the elf can be repaired. We would be delighted to do so.
